Latest Announcements (updated 10:00am, 11 October 2013)

Please be informed that the HKIFA 7th Annual Conference has been rescheduled to December 4, 2013 (Wed).  Time and venue remain unchanged: 8:50am - 5:00pm, at the Ballroom (3/F) of the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

There may be some changes to the speakers.  Please check out the Agenda page for the latest program. 

Follow up actions for delegates registered before September 23:

• All delegates will automatically be re-enrolled into the event. Thus, you are not required to register again.

• However, if you are unable to attend on December 4th , you can nominate a replacement to take up your seat.    Please approach the event manager for the arrangement.  Replacement applications should be lodged with us on or before November 15.

Latest Announcements (updated 08:01am, 23 September 2013)

Since Typhoon Signal No. 8 remains in force beyond 8:00am today (Sept 23, 2013), the conference will be rescheduled according to the typhoon policy announced earlier. The new event date and rescheduled details will be announced later on our event website and will be provided to you separately.

Typhoon Arrangement

Scenario one - Rescheduled
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) / Black Rainstorm Warning remains in force after 8:00am on September 23, 2013, the conference will be rescheduled.  Rescheduled details will be announced later.

Scenario two - Proceed (with short delay)
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered or cancelled at or before 8:00am on September 23, 2013, the conference will start two hours after it has been lowered or cancelled (e.g. if typhoon No. 8 is cancelled at 7:30am, the conference will start at 9:30am).
