Nicolas Aguzin joined HKEX as Chief Executive Officer on 24 May 2021 from J.P. Morgan, where he was most recently Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan’s International Private Bank. Mr. Aguzin has been based in Hong Kong since 2012.
From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Aguzin was CEO, J.P. Morgan, Asia Pacific where he was responsible for all the firm’s business across 17 markets. Mr. Aguzin presided over some of the firm’s major expansion efforts during the period, including establishing itself in China as one of the few international financial institutions with a full range of services and capabilities; including a fully-owned locally incorporated commercial bank, a majority-owned securities company, an asset management company and a futures and options company. Concurrent with his Asia CEO role, Mr. Aguzin also ran J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division in Asia. During his tenure the bank rose to become one of the leading investment banks in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Aguzin joined J.P. Morgan in 1990 in Buenos Aires as a financial analyst. Between 1990 and 2005, he held a variety of roles in New York and Buenos Aires, and in 2005 he was appointed as CEO, Latin America. In 2008 and 2009, in addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Latin America and Head of Latin America Investment Banking, he served as Senior Country Officer for Brazil.
Mr. Aguzin holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the US and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Peter Bullock is a partner in the Hong Kong office of King & Wood Mallesons with a leading technology practice. He advises on regulatory areas such as cyber risks, data law, FinTech and the digital economy, as well as employment and competition law matters. Peter handles tenders, sourcing, data centre outsourcing, business licensing and IP exploitation and enforcement assignments.

Kenneth manages Moonfare’s institutional business in the Asia-Pacific region, with his primary focus on Greater China. Moonfare is the leading digital platform for allocating capital to private markets, and Kenneth’s coverage spans across distribution partners such as private banks and other wealth managers, as well as institutional investors such as single family offices and asset managers.
Before joining Moonfare in February 2020, when the firm expanded to the Asia-Pacific region, Kenneth was a Management Consulting Manager at Accenture, where he advised several of the world’s largest banks in defining and executing their digital transformation strategies. He started his career as a Management Trainee at Hang Seng Bank. Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Management from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Rickie Chan is a Managing Director and was appointed to the role of Market Group Head Hong Kong in 2016, based in Hong Kong. In his role, Mr. Chan is responsible for overseeing his teams to grow the private banking business in Hong Kong.
Mr. Chan has more than two decades of experience in the private banking industry in Hong Kong. He joined Credit Suisse in 2014 as a Market Leader.

Mr. Ronnie C. Chan is the Chair of Hang Lung Group Limited and its subsidiary Hang Lung Properties Limited, both publicly listed in Hong Kong. Hang Lung expanded into mainland China in 1992, developing, owning and managing world-class commercial complexes in key tier one and tier two cities. He founded and chairs the China Heritage Fund, which preserves and conserves heritage architecture of historical significance in China, and is a co-founding Director of The Forbidden City Cultural Heritage Conservation Foundation in Beijing, and had previously served as Vice President and Advisor of the China Development Research Foundation in Beijing. Mr. Chan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Chair Emeritus of the Asia Society and Chairman of its Hong Kong Center, and Co-Founder and Chairman of the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society. He serves or has served on the governing or advisory bodies of several think tanks and universities, which include: Peterson Institute for International Economics, World Economic Forum, East-West Center, Pacific Council on International Policy, Eisenhower Fellowships, The Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation, University of Southern California, Indian School of Business, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Yale University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University.

From July 1990 to September 2001, Mr. Chan held various positions in Hua Chiao Commercial Bank Limited, formerly a member bank of Bank of China Group in Hong Kong. Following the restructuring of the business of Bank of China Group’s member banks in Hong Kong, Mr. Chan has served various positions in the Group since October 2001, including Head of Product Development Division of Economics & Strategic Planning Department, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking & Financial Institutions Department, General Manager of Business Optimisation Center, General Manager of Institutional Business Department, General Manager of Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department, and was promoted to his current role in August 2022. Mr. Chan is Non-official Member of Social Enterprise Advisory Committee under Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, Director of The Community Chest, and Member of Executive Committee of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, etc.

Kerry Ching has over two decades of experiences in financial industry across different markets in Asia, accumulating deep knowledge of the fund management market and business development. Her most recent role prior to joining Amundi was Managing Director at AMP Capital Asia Limited from 2012 to 2019 where she was responsible for business development.
Before this, Kerry held a number of leadership roles in various global asset managers from 1999 - 2012. She was Country Head at FIL Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited, Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited and Chief Executive Officer at Invesco Hong Kong Limited.
Kerry received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, an MBA from The University of Western Ontario and a Master of Engineering in e-Commerce from The University of Hong Kong. She is a Canadian CPA and holds the CFA, CAIA, FRM and CESGA charters.
Winnie Choi heads up the Wealth Management department of Citibank Hong Kong. She is responsible for the development of various wealth products including not limited to Investment Products, FX, Deposit and Payment/ Transfer, the formulation of sales and marketing strategies and the enrichment of digital journey of retail customers, as well as the enhancement of research-based investment advisory for the delivery of a comprehensive suite of wealth management solutions for retail customers.
Winnie is a wealth management veteran with over 20 years of extensive experience in various areas of wealth management covering products, sales, advisory services and research. In recent years, Winnie has been very focusing on evolving digital capabilities and engagement to address the increasing demand on digital experience from clients.
Mr. Choy is the Senior Director and head of the SFC’s Intermediaries Supervision Department which supervises over 3,000 financial intermediaries in Hong Kong including investment banks, securities dealers, futures brokers, financial advisers and asset managers. Mr. Choy oversees key supervision activities such as carrying out on-site inspections of firms for the purpose of identifying and managing risky firms and detecting misconduct. He has also been actively involved in the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations for the securities and futures industry.
Mr. Choy joined the SFC’s Enforcement Division in 1998 and was in charge of the Intermediaries Misconduct Team before he moved to his current position in 2017. Prior to joining the SFC, Mr. Choy practised as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
Vincent Chui is Managing Director and Head of Asia Wealth Management, Asia Pacific of Morgan Stanley. He is also the Chief Executive of Morgan Stanley Bank Asia Limited, a licensed bank in Hong Kong. Prior to assuming his current role, he was the Head of Institutional Equity Distribution, Asia Pacific responsible for distribution of primary and secondary Asia equity products globally.
Vincent started his career at the Administrative Service of Hong Kong Government and remains active in public service.
Vincent holds an MBA jointly conferred by Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and HKUST Business School and a BBA (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. David Day is the Head of North Asia, Data & Analytics for London Stock Exchange Group, which in a combination with Refinitiv is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. He has over 20 years of financial services experience encompassing financial technology and investment banking across Asia and the United States.
Prior to joining Refinitiv, David was a Managing Director in the APAC Financial Services business of London-based global information provider IHS Markit. Previously, he was Head of APAC and Managing Director for financial services solutions provider Ipreo. David has held strategy, business development and investment banking roles at various firms including Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.
David holds an MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program and a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Financial Technology at HKUST.
Henri de Branche is an Executive Director and Head of ESG Advisory for Asia Pacific at J.P. Morgan.
In this role he co-ordinates and integrates J.P. Morgan’s ESG and climate strategies and advises on ESG-themed product offerings across banking operations in the APAC region. In particular, he leads the firm’s efforts with regional clients to enhance their ESG performance and position their businesses and align their strategies most favorably for ESG-focused investors and other stakeholders across all major industry verticals. Before joining J.P. Morgan, he was a Partner with the sustainability consulting firm ERM responsible for Sustainable Finance advisory based in Beijing. He also participated to the establishment and development of the ESG function at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), responsible for integrating ESG in all transactions with FIG clients as well as investments in infrastructure and diversified industrial sectors across EM markets in Asia, the Middle East and selected LATAM countries.

Mathieu is currently Global Head and Asia Pacific Head of Alternatives, in our Global Private Banking and Wealth Division, based in Hong Kong. In this capacity, he oversees the offering of hedge funds, private equity funds, Real Estate funds and other private investment opportunities to HSBC’s private banking and wealth customers.
Prior to joining HSBC, Mathieu set-up the private markets offering of Antarctica Asset Management, a global platform allowing wealth managers to offer their clients access to a curated offering of hedge funds and private market funds.
Before that, Mathieu set up and grew the Asia operations of Moonfare, an online platform allowing private individuals to invest in Private equity funds.
In the earlier part of his career, Mathieu held various leadership roles at UBS, including leadership of the Wealth Management Private Markets Distribution team and the Institutional Investments group for APAC. Gao Hao (Tony) is the Director of Global Family Business Research Center and an Associate Director of Research Center for Green Finance at Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.
Gao is a member of Global Future Council/Expert Network of World Economic Forum, a council member of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a China Committee Member and Public Policy Chair of STEP, and a board member and research fellow of China Enterprise Reform and Development Society. Amar Gill is Managing Director and Head of Investment Stewardship in APAC for BlackRock. He worked for over 22 years with a leading regional securities company, CLSA, an industry leader for independent equities research. Gill was Head of Research for Malaysia, subsequently for Hong Kong, went on to be regional head for thematic research and thereafter was appointed Head of Asia Research. He had a stint in investment banking for CLSA before joining BlackRock in September 2018.
Gill has been a pioneer in corporate governance research, writing nine regional reports over 2001 to 2014 for CLSA working in collaboration with the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA). Representing CLSA, Gill has been a council member of ACGA over 2005-08.
After graduating with First Class Honours in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Gill did a Masters course in Philosophy majoring in Ethics also at Oxford University, England. He earlier worked in foreign exchange with Chemical Bank in Singapore (subsequently acquired by Chase Manhattan) before starting his career in equities research and was a rated equities analyst as well as head of teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong and regionally that received various accolades. Edmund Kam is the Managing Director, Head of Private Banking for Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd, with over 20 years of experience working in the private wealth sector. Andre Leung is CEO and co-founder of Aereve (Regtech& ESG startup) and Co-Chair of GreenTech and ESG Committee of Fintech Association of Hong Kong. Mr. Laurence Li, SC is the Chairman of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). The FSDC is an advisory body to the HKSAR Government on all matters relating to the development of Hong Kong as an international financial centre. It engages the industry in formulating proposals to promote the further development of the financial services industry of Hong Kong and to map out the strategic direction for the development.

Lina Lim is the Regional Head of Discretionary and Funds, Investments & Wealth Solutions, Asia Pacific at HSBC Global Private Banking. Ms. Lim has over 23 years of industry experience primarily in asset and wealth management.
Prior to joining HSBC Global Private Banking, Ms. Lim worked for J.P Morgan Wealth Management over a decade in various capacities. Her most recent responsibility at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management was to spearhead Institutional Wealth Management’s discretionary business in Asia for family offices, endowments, non-profits and foundations. Before joining J.P. Amy Lo is Co-Head of Wealth Management Asia Pacific, Head and Chief Executive of UBS Hong Kong, and a Managing Director at UBS. Amy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Since joining UBS in 1995, she has held a number of senior management positions including Regional Head of Ultra High Net Worth and Global Family Office in Asia. Laura has over a decade of experience in the financial industry especially in index and quantitative investments and capital markets. Prior to Premia Partners, Laura led the Index and Quantitative Investment team at ICBC Credit Suisse International and was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s index and quantitative investment business. Before that, Laura was the Head of ETF and Index Team at Mirae Asset Global Investments (HK). Earlier in her career, Laura has also gained extensive trading experience on Asian Equities, multi-asset derivatives and other exchange listed products from her previous roles with RBS and JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Laura has an Honours BSc degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto, and a MS degree in Global Finance from New York University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Paul has over 18 years’ experience in Hong Kong serving a wide range of financial institutions, having previously worked for KPMG in the UK for eight years.
Paul has worked with a variety of clients in Hong Kong and across Asia advising them on a range of matters. Paul’s clients comprise institutions in retail/commercial banking, private wealth management and investment banking with a particular focus on international groups’ operations in Asia.
Paul oversees relationships and all services across his clients with a personal focus on advising clients how to strengthen and improve their governance, risk management and compliance processes and on financial statements audits. Paul regularly engages with regulators, principally the HKMA, sharing views on industry and client matters.
Paul is Treasurer of the British Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Asia Crypto Alliance and a member of the Private Wealth Management Association Accreditation and Examination Committee.
Bharisha is the Client Solutions Lead of Financial Services at Randstad Hong Kong. A global leader in HR solutions, Randstad is ranked in the Fortune 500 list. In her role, Bharisha partners with companies in banking, financial services, fintech and private practice sectors to strengthen their employer brand and recruit new talent. Her clients range from multinational banks to start-ups, enabling her to hone her business partnering skills and share workforce and talent insights with business leaders and HR professionals. She was born in HK and has completed a degree with a double major in Psychology and International Relations from Monash University.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Alois was Head of Wealth Management North Asia for Rothschild in Hong Kong. Before 2013, he held various senior roles at UBS, among them Head of UHNW Switzerland and Head of Structured Finance Switzerland. He was a member of UBS' Private Equity Investment Committee for 6 years and has considerable, broad-based international banking experience, having spent 3 years in London, 6 years in New York, and 7 years in Hong Kong, with a total of over 35 years of industry experience.
Alois attended the Stanford Executive Program SEP at Stanford University, California.
Jo has been in Asia for 25 years and has held senior Asia Pacific wide management positions, successfully leading sales, business development, marketing, and client relationship management divisions; and has both built and managed large and effective regionally located teams.
Jo was expatriated to Hong Kong with Morgan Stanley and has worked for several global institutions including HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Triple A Partners. Jo’s roles have covered intermediary, buy and sell side as well as entrepreneurial groups, and now is Managing Director, Asia Pacific for the CAIA Association.
Jo enjoys the reputation of being hard-working, capable, committed, and commercial; is a seasoned presenter and sought out moderator, regularly contributing to leading forums addressing topical aspects of the financial services sector, with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific private markets landscape. Jo was a founding executive committee member of AIMA Hong Kong and now sits on its Education Committee, and holds corporate and NFP advisory board directorships, is a Fellow of Singapore University of Social Sciences and is an advisory council member of UPACA Gurukul (India).
Since 2017, Mr. Stephen Phillips has been the Director-General of Investment Promotion at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the Government Department responsible for attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment into Hong Kong.
In a career focused on Asia for more than thirty years, Stephen has held senior investment banking positions with Deutsche and BZW/Barclays Capital before co-founding a Hong Kong-based group of companies providing IT, financial and consultancy services across Asia. In 2006 became the Chief Executive of the China Britain Business Council, as well as Chairman of the EU China Business Association. He has held a number of non-executive and adviser roles in China.
Mr. Phillips holds a BSc in Chemistry and Law from the University of Exeter.
Alexis Rocamora is leading the Sustainable Finance and Investment Research function of LSEG in the Asia Pacific region. He is responsible for developing and refining ESG-related data models and methodologies, producing research tailored to the APAC financial ecosystem and engaging with investors, regulators, and international initiatives on sustainable finance.
With over eight years in the climate and sustainability field, Alexis brings a diverse mix of ESG-focused experiences in the corporate world and the public sector. Prior to joining LSEG in 2021, he worked as a Senior Consultant in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services of EY in Japan, advising global corporations on sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, net-zero transition and human rights due diligence. Before that, he was a Policy Researcher and Analyst at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), working with national governments on carbon pricing and climate finance as well as low-carbon technology project development in South-East Asia.
Currently based in Tokyo, Alexis is a French national who has been living in APAC for nine years, including Japan and Taiwan. He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, an LLM in Environmental Law and a BA in Law, Economy and Management from Aix-Marseille University. He is a certified Sustainability Excellence Professional (SEP) from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) and speaks French, English and Japanese.
Laurent is the Operating Head Wealth Management North Asia at UBS, based in Hong Kong.
Laurent has over 25 years of experience in financial services. Before taking on his current role, Laurent has held a number of management positions at UBS including Head Offering & Delivery for UHNW in APAC, Global Head Offering and Sales Management for Wealth Management, and Global Head Strategy & Business Development for Wealth Management & Swiss Bank, based in Zurich.
He has an MBA from INSEAD France and is a graduate of Licentiate in Economics at the University of St. Gallen Switzerland.
Aveline San is Chief Executive Officer for Citi Hong Kong and Macau, responsible for the businesses and operations in the two markets. She is also the Chief Executive of Citibank N.A., Hong Kong Branch.
Aveline joined Citi in April 2019 as Regional Chief Compliance Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC). Prior to that, she was with UBS where she spent 14 years in various senior management positions, including APAC Group Regional Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control and General Counsel of Wealth Management for North Asia. Aveline began her career as a lawyer in Australia.
Daniel Shane is the Editor of Asian Private Banker, where he is responsible for the publication's market-leading editorial, research and awards programmes, as well as moderating and participating in regional events. Prior to joining APB in 2021, he was the Asia Companies & Markets News Editor for the Financial Times in Hong Kong, where he coordinated regional news gathering efforts for the daily newspaper and online. He has previously held finance- and business-focused editorial roles at CNN and Barron's. Originally from the UK, Daniel holds a Ba(hons) degree from the University of Sussex.
Mr. Stein has run the Private Wealth Management Association since December 2016. Mr. Stein previously worked for UBS AG where he oversaw the company’s Group Governmental Affairs for Asia Pacific and then served as Head of Regulatory Advisory & Relations, Asia Pacific. Prior to joining UBS AG, he was a senior editor and reporter in Hong Kong with The Wall Street Journal for more than 20 years, most recently as Hong Kong Bureau Chief and Associate Editor of the Asian edition. A native of New York City, Mr. Stein graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
Adeline's move to Hong Kong follows 12 years of consulting experience with Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) in the UK. Her most recent role was primarily focused on delivering whole-fund investment solutions to clients that have chosen to delegate a greater part of their investment processes. In 2008, she returned to the UK after a secondment to the Shanghai office in 2007.
She focuses on investment and actuarial consulting, specializing in the areas of long-term investment strategy, DB/DC pension design, asset-liability studies, dynamic de-risking, performance monitoring and portfolio construction.
She serves a broad clientbase including corporations, wealth managers and public funds.
Adeline is a graduate of the Business School at the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Actuaries.
BRIAN W TANG is a board member and was founding co-chair of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong’s Regtech Committee, which has been recognized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in its two-year roadmap to promote regtech adoption as playing a “key role in the [regtech] ecosystem”. Brian is managing director of ACMI and founding executive director of LITE Lab@HKU - an interdisciplinary and experiential programme that fosters law, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship (LITE) at University of Hong Kong's Faculty of Law. Brian co-founded APAC Regtech Network (which brings together the regtech committees of the fintech associations of Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia); World Regtech Summit (which featured more than 80 regtechs in conjunction with Hong Kong Fintech Week 2020) and organized Hong Kong’s first lawtech and regtech hackathons LegalRegtechHack (which included mentors from the Securities and Futures Commission). Brian has been invited to speak and consult with financial institutions, fintechs and regulators (including at the HKMA’s AML/CFT Regtech Forum) and is a principal instructor for the world’s largest fintech online course on edX with more than 100,000 learners worldwide. Brian is also a globally recognized co-author of Wiley’s The FinTech Book, The RegTech Book, The AI Book and The LegalTech Book. Brian was previously at global investment bank Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and Wall Street law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Silicon Valley.
Jeff leads the People Advisory Services practice for Financial Services clients in the Greater China and ASEAN regions at Ernst & Young Tax Services Limited. Based in Hong Kong, he focuses on helping clients deliver their organisations’ vision by putting people at the center. He brings an understanding of strategic and functional HR knowledge along with commercial and business acumen to help organisations successfully realize strategic potential and drive tangible results.
As a leader, he is also one of EY’s thought leaders in the areas of Executive Remuneration, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Strategy and Transformation.
Jeff currently co-chairs EY’s diversity & inclusivity network UNITY, and serves on EY’s global team in driving cultural activation for the organisation.
Arnaud Tellier is CEO, Asia Pacific at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and leads a regional team of over 1,100 private banking professionals across key markets in Asia.
In his role, Arnaud defines the strategic direction of the business while overseeing its day-to-day management. Arnaud is passionate about the business; his hands-on approach ensures clients and their families can better navigate ever-changing markets in Asia, and across the world.
Arnaud brings a multi-disciplinary approach to serving BNP Paribas' private banking clients, with a background in capital markets and corporate and investment banking. His efforts in transforming the Bank's offering for Asian clients saw him awarded 'Private Banker of the Year' at The Digital Banker's 2019 Global Private Banking Innovation Awards.
Arnaud has held senior management positions at BNP Paribas for more than 20 years. His most recent role was Head of Wealth Management, Singapore and Southeast Asia. He has held prior leadership roles as Regional Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, Northern & Central Europe and from 2006 to 2010, the CE0 and Country Head for Greece. Arnaud was Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Turkey from 2010 to 2013.
A Finance graduate of the French Business School, Arnaud is fluent in Spanish, French and English. A family person at heart; he is also an avid sports enthusiast and participates in triathlons with his son.
Ms. Wendy Tsang joined the Bank of East Asia, Limited in 2021 as General Manager of Wealth Management Division, responsible for the wealth management business of the Bank including private banking, investment products & advisory and securities & futures.
Ms. Tsang has over 30 years of experience in the investment and wealth management business, overseeing sales and investment activities across different market regions and client segments. Prior to joining the Bank of East Asia Limited, Ms. Tsang spent 13 years with Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited with a primary responsibility for the setup and strategic development of its private banking business. In earlier years, she held various regional positions in product and sales for Chemical Bank, American Express Private Bank and Citibank.
Ms. Tsang was the founding member of PWMA, and also the Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee from 2016-2020. She is now the co-chair of the PWMA China Committee since 2021.
Stuart is head of Alternatives Capital Markets & Strategy (ACMS) in Asia Pacific within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. ACMS leads institutional capital markets, capital raising and client strategy across direct investing and open architecture alternatives strategies. Previously, he was head of the Securities Division for the Middle East and North Africa based in Dubai, where he provided coverage to Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds. Prior to relocating to Dubai in 2006, he spent five years as an equity salesperson in London. Stuart joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 as an analyst and was named managing director in 2010.
Stuart earned a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Trinity College, Oxford University, in 2001.
Ms. WU Li is the Co-Head of Wealth Management, Managing Director of China Merchants Bank International (CMBI), based in Hong Kong, with around 20 years of experience in financial sector.
Joining CMBI in 2015, she is currently responsible for the firm’s wealth management business, overseeing client acquisition and management across the Asia Pacific regions. Wu is committed to establishing a high-quality wealth management business model to fulfill clients changing needs on asset allocation, family offices, trusts, advisory services on overseas investment, financing, etc.
Prior to joining CMBI, Ms. Wu was the Director in Royal Bank of Canada, responsible for the exploitation of high-net-worth clients, heading up the bank’s wealth management business in China. She also served as the Executive Director in Perella Weinberg Partners, a Wall Street based boutique investment bank focuses on M&A advisory and asset management, chairing its business development in China. Wu boosted the firm’s collaboration with China Sovereign Wealth Funds, state-owned large corporations and private sector companies. In her early stage, Ms. Wu worked on various positions at Societe Generale and Arthur Andersen.
Ms. WU Li holds a Bachelor's degree in International Accounting from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Victoria, Canada.
Arthur Yuen is in charge of the full range of banking policy, supervision, conduct, and enforcement issues at the HKMA. He joined the HKMA in 1996 as Head of Administration and has since taken up different responsibilities including research and liaison on China economic and market development issues before being appointed Head of Banking Supervision in 2000. He took up the position as Executive Director (Banking Development) in July 2004, Executive Director (Banking Supervision) in June 2005 and Executive Director (External) in July 2008. He was appointed to his present position on 1 January 2010.
Adrian Zuercher is Head Global Asset Allocation and Co-Head Global Investment Management APAC at UBS Chief Investment office. In his Global Asset Allocation role, he is responsible for multi-asset portfolio solutions. He co-chairs the tactical investment forum, the global portfolio construction meeting, and is a member of the global investment committee which defines the UBS CIO house-view. In his Global IM APAC capacity, he is responsible for investment fund selection, portfolio management, and product development. Adrian oversees regionally discretionary and advisory mandates, investment and alternatives funds, sustainable investing, and the wealth planning offering.
Before joining UBS, Adrian was Head of Multi-Asset Emerging Market Strategy and Global Asset Allocation at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Hong Kong and Zurich, where he was responsible for multi-asset class portfolios as well as advising sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on asset allocation. Prior to that, he was an equity fund manager in charge of Asia at VP Bank Asset Management, and a multi-asset class portfolio manager at F. van Lanschot Bankiers. Adrian holds an MSc in finance and economics from the University of Bern and is a CFA charterholder.
