Dr. Bai graduated from Beijing University with a PHD degree in 1990. He has made research in the Department of Mathematics as a post doctor in Beijing University between 1990 and 1992. Dr. Bai has worked in Institute of Computing Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences in different positions including Assistant Research fellow, research fellow, PHD student instructor, Director of research department, Chief Scientist of software. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked in Ministry of Information Industry, participated in building CNCERT/CC. Since 2002, Dr. Bai worked in Shanghai Stock Exchange as Chief Engineer, Assistant to General Manager, Director of Technology Center, and led the major projects of the new transaction system and data warehouse. In 2003, he worked as the Vice Chairman of IT Committee of Securities Association of China and Vice Chairman of Securities Sub-committee of National Financial Standardization Committee.

Dean Chisholm is responsible for a wide range of Operations functions in the Asia Pacific region at Invesco. Invesco is a listed independent investment group, not related to any bank, trustee, custodian, insurance company or other financial institution. In Asia Pacific Invesco have fund management operations in Hong Kong, Melbourne, Taipei, Tokyo, Singapore and a joint venture in the PRC, manufacturing and distributing investment funds and other fund management products plus an Enterprise Centre in Hyderabad. Between 1995 and 1998, he was responsible for the regional Operations functions of LGT Asset Management before the acquisition by Invesco. From 1984 to 1993, he worked for PWC audit division in London and Hong Kong serving financial services clients. He is a past Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities Industry Group and currently Co-chairman of the OMGEO Hong Kong Advisory Board, a member of the SWIFT Funds Advisory Group and Asian Funds Automation Consortium. Mr. Chisholm has a Bachelor of Science in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and is an Associate of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
