Dr. Bai graduated from Beijing University with a PHD degree in 1990. He has made research in the Department of Mathematics as a post doctor in Beijing University between 1990 and 1992. Dr. Bai has worked in Institute of Computing Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences in different positions including Assistant Research fellow, research fellow, PHD student instructor, Director of research department, Chief Scientist of software. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked in Ministry of Information Industry, participated in building CNCERT/CC. Since 2002, Dr. Bai worked in Shanghai Stock Exchange as Chief Engineer, Assistant to General Manager, Director of Technology Center, and led the major projects of the new transaction system and data warehouse. In 2003, he worked as the Vice Chairman of IT Committee of Securities Association of China and Vice Chairman of Securities Sub-committee of National Financial Standardization Committee.

Alan is responsible for developing the global Cross Asset FIX connectivity value proposition for HSBC. His team provide development and maintenance of the FIX environment and Customer on-boarding including Customer Support services, enabling HSBC’s Customers to trade Equities, Futures or FX online across the FIX gateways in the US, Europe and Asia.

Alan spent 20 years in Information Technology in the Markets arena, before transferring into the Business area in 2007. Prior to joining HSBC in 2005, Alan was the Chief Technology Officer of E-Crossnet, His experience includes creating an online multi-broker trading environment that enabled straight through processing for Customers orders / executions and FIX enabling the Buy-side Equities Matching environment for E-Crossnet.

范径武先生於1971年出生，先后毕业于上海华东理工大学、浙江大学化学工程硕士。1996年进入公司工作，历任证券行业技术总监、证券事业部副总经理、公司研发中心总经理、公司技术总监、公司副总裁等职，目前主要负责公司技术管理体系和产品管理体系的建设与发展。

高青现为海富通基金管理有限公司信息技术总监。负责整个公司的IT基础架构、信息系统安全、及业务系统等。 高青於1998年取得复旦大学数学研究所博士学位，并拥有FRM及CISSP证书。

George Jia serves as China Business Manager for Omgeo. Mr. Jia is responsible for managing Omgeo’s China business, with a focus on Sales, Relationship Management and Industry Relations. He has been with Omgeo since April 2009.

Mr. Jia came to Omgeo from Thomson Reuters, where he headed China Expert Network business unit, focusing on providing primary research to hedge fund industry. Prior to moving to financial services industry, he spent nine years in the semiconductor industry working for Future Electronics, the world third largest semiconductor distributor. He held various positions in both their worldwide headquarters, Montreal and Shanghai. One of it was the Regional Manager for Central China managing the business with annual revenue over 80 million USD.

Mr. Jia holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.

贾策现担任Omgeo中国区经理职务，主要负责Omgeo在中国地区的销售、客户关系以及行业关系工作。他于2009年4月加入Omgeo。

贾策的上一份工作就职于汤森路透。他曾担任汤森路透中国专家团的负责人，主要负责开展为对冲基金行业提供直接调研的业务。在转入金融服务行业之前，他在电子元器件行业工作了9年，就职于富昌电子，全球第三大电子元器件分销商。贾策先后就职于富昌电子加拿大全球总部和上海办事处，曾担任中国华东区经理职务，负责管理每年超过8千万美金的业务。

贾策取得了位于加拿大蒙特利尔的Concordia大学的工商管理硕士学位。

Mr. Huang Yue Joined SSE Infonet in 2004 and now he is the manager of real time information business department. As a project manager, he worked with his colleagues and developed SSE level-2 new data feed based on FIX/STEP Protocol in 2006. In 2008, his team has finished developing the level-2 FAST system and high performance has been achieved. By the end of 2010，there are around 400,000 terminals that are using SSE Level-2 Data.

Prior to joining SSE Infonet, he had worked as a director of R&D department in an Information security company (Wellhope Information Co., Ltd) for 3 years.

Mr. Huang graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1993, and received his Master degree and Ph.D in Shanghai Jiaotong University (SJTU) in 1995 and 1998. During 1999-2001, he has worked as a post doctoral fellow in the department of computer science and engineering in SJTU.

Mr. Kumar has been with Greenline since 2008. At Greenline, he is responsible for driving various technology initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Kumar brings a wealth of expertise in trading system technologies, client connectivity and integration management. He has worked extensively in both Japan and India for Broker, Exchange and Vendor clients in the financial industry. He comes to Greenline from Morgan Stanley Japan Securities, where he worked in the Client Connectivity and STP Technology departments. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kumar worked in information technology for Nikko Citigroup in Japan and Polaris Software Labs in India. He holds a Masters in Information Technology and Management from ICFAI Business School Hyderabad, India.

Mr. Edward Mangles is the founder and Publisher of FIXGlobal, the official publication of the FIX Protocol. He has a long history within the financial technology sector and has worked closely with FPL for a number of years. He has supported the organisation’s Asia Pacific committee for the past 9 years, playing a key role in promoting FIX adoption across the region. He has also worked for leading financial publishing and marketing firms in both London and Hong Kong. In March 09 Mr. Edward Mangles was appointed FPL Asia Pacific Regional Director.

Tao is responsible for sales and marketing efforts to the institutional clients, including QFII. He also oversees the Program Trading and Algorithmic Execution services for Guosen brokerage business, where he developed and maintained a pioneering project on building Guosen's capabilities in computerized trading adopting advanced tools and methods currently used in international financial markets such as FIX. Prior to joining Guosen, Tao has assumed different management roles in Beijing Yanhua Hi-Tech Co., Ltd, Haitong Securities Co., Ltd, and China International Futures Co., Ltd.

Tao holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Reading ICMA Centre. Tao is a CFA charter holder and a member of HKSFA.

Professional history

Yang Xia joined UBS in 2005. He is Head of Asia Pacific Direct Execution Services, UBS’s client direct-access electronic trading business. Yang is also responsible for building UBS's next generation algorithmic trading and analytics products for internal dealing desks. Yang has worked in both the proprietary and cash trading business for over 15 years and has spent much of this time designing and marketing optimal trading strategies and pre/post trade analytics products.

Prior to joining UBS, Yang worked with Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, and ITG Inc.

Education

Yang Xia graduated with Bachelor degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA and a MBA in Finance from New York University. He is a CFA Charter Holder.

Mr. Ye is the head of Shanghai special representative office and a vice president of Mainland development of Hong Kong Exchange Group. He also has responsibilities in the exchange’s business and technology platform development. Before he joined Hong Kong Exchange in July 2010, he was a director with a global management consulting firm focusing on capital market.

Sam Young is head of 2RICH QDII Research, a subsidiary of FX168 Group. He has rich experience in QDII and global market research. He helps to create the first third-party QDII research business in mainland China.

沈扬，现担任FX168财经集团旗下瑞财QDII研究中心主管之职，他具有多年的QDII产品以及海外市场投资研究经验。他帮助FX168财经集团创立了国内首个第三方QDII理财研究业务团队。

Ms. Yu is Director of Computer Engineering Department and Head of the IT Strategy and Planning Group, Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Her responsibilities include development of the Exchange’s IT strategies and short-term IT planning, and R&D of the Exchange’s technology systems..She joined the Exchange in 1993, and has more than 17 years of experience in planning and design and development of securities trading systems.

Ms. Yu received her MBA from Amoy University in 2003, and she graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1990.

喻华丽，现任深圳证券交易所电脑工程部总监暨技术发展战略规划小组组长，全面负责深圳证券交易所技术系统的战略规划及研发工作。她于1993年4月进入深圳证券交易所，具有17年以上的证券交易系统规划、设计、开发经验。

喻华丽1990年毕业于华中理工大学计算机系，2003年获厦门大学MBA。

Hua Zhang is an analyst in Celent's Asian Financial Services Group and is based in Beijing. His financial services experience includes both the banking and securities sectors in China.

Prior to joining Celent, he worked at Lenovo, where he was project manager for an SAP financial solution. Prior to that, He joined Microsoft as a presales engineer. He has also worked on designing solution sets for workflow, data integration, financial and cost control solutions, and knowledge management.

Mr. Zhang’s commentary on the financial services industry has appeared in numerous publications, including South China Morning Post, China Daily, Securities Industry News, Waters magazine, Asian Banker, Asian Investor, and American Banker.

He received his B.A. from Wuhan University and his master's in software engineering from Tsinghua University. He is fluent in Chinese and English.
