Prior to joining CLSA, Bruce worked at Barings and Goldman Sachs in Japan. Bruce is a
managing director at CLSA where he built the Japanese Sales Trading team, before moving
to his present role as the head of CLSA's algorithmic trading business for Asia.

Dean Chisholm

Dean Chisholm is responsible for a wide range of Operations functions in
the Asia Pacific region at Invesco. Invesco is a listed independent investment group,
not related to any bank, trustee, custodian, insurance company or other financial
institution. In Asia Pacific Invesco have fund management operations in Hong Kong,
Melbourne, Taipei, Tokyo, Singapore and a joint venture in the PRC, manufacturing and
distributing investment funds and other fund management products plus an Enterprise
Centre in Hyderabad. Between 1995 and 1998, he was responsible for the regional
Operations functions of LGT Asset Management before the acquisition by Invesco. From
1984 to 1993, he worked for PWC audit division in London and Hong Kong serving financial
services clients. He is a past Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities Industry Group and
currently Co Chairman of the OMGEO Hong Kong Advisory Board. Mr. Chisholm has a Bachelor
of Science in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics. He is a fellow of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and is an Associate of the
Hong Kong Society of Accountants.

He has over 14 years in Futures business experience primarily in Sydney

John Fildes

E. John Fildes is the Managing Director of Instinet Pacific, responsible
for all the operations of Instinet in non-Japan Asia. Prior to this he was with Morgan
Stanley in Hong Kong for 10 years where he held positions as the Head of Equity
Marketing and Head of Electronic and Program Trading for the Institutional Equity
Division in Asia-Pacific. Before that he was the Head of MSCI for Asia Pacific and was
actively involved in the launch of MSCI futures contracts for Taiwan and Singapore on
SIMEX. He is also the Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific FIX (Financial Information Exchange
Protocol) Steering Committee and is active in promoting the protocol throughout the
region. He has been a member of the Steering Committee since 2000. He has written and
spoken extensively on the subject of FIX and Electronic Trading.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Mr. Fildes held various positions in
Europe with the Financial Times Group, Standard and Poor's and Reuters and has an
extensive knowledge of the financial information marketplace.

Wall Street - Loeb, Rhoades & Company, Morgan Stanley, and The New York Stock Exchange.
He is a certified TOGAF enterprise architect and was a member of the
technical architecture team for the Stock Exchange of Singapore prior to the merger
with SIMEX, thus creating the SGX.
He was Chief Enterprise Architect for the Dalian Commodity Exchange in
China and designed China Construction Bank's Beijing Branch city-wide Frame Relay
WAN infrastructure.

Presently, Dr. T. C. Nair is Whole Time Member of Securities and Exchange
Board of India (SEBI). He is also presently on the Board of Governors of the National
Institute of Securities Market (NISM) set up by SEBI.
Prior to this assignment Dr. Nair, was Managing Director, Bharatiya
Reserve Bank Note Mudran Limited, Bangalore (wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank
of India).
A Central Banker by profession, Dr. Nair, has held various important
positions in the Reserve Bank of India since February 1978. He was Chief General
Manager, Department of External Investments and Operations, General Manager of Internal
Debt Management Department, General Manager - Currency Management, Senior Faculty
Member - Bankers' Training College, Assistant Chief Officer in the Department of Banking
Operations and Development and Assistant Director in Management Services Department.
Dr. Nair has also been Member of various Committees formed by the
Government of India, Reserve Bank of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Mr. Paul Saubestre is currently Head of Trading, BNP Paribas Securities

As Head of Trading and Client Execution Platform Asia and Japan, Paul is
responsible for ensuring the sound and steady development of the business line covering
all equities and derivatives flow execution activities such as Direct Market Access
(DMA), Program Trading and algorithmic trading in the Japan-Asia area. His managing
position puts him in direct contact with the various aspects of this business unit from
information technology to sales and operational issues.
Paul moved to Asia with Credit Agricole Indosuez Securities in the role of

Securities in 2001. In this role he implemented the Equities Derivatives Platform

On the merger between Credit Agricole Indosuez and Credit Lyonnais, Paul was made Global
Head of Equity and Derivatives, Asia for the new entity known as Calyon.
Prior to that, Paul was with Credit Agricole Indosuez as Director, head
of Derivative Trading (Vanilla Options). Here Paul launched the Warrant program in
France, structured coordinated and marketed derivative products to European Clients.
Along with this activity, held the position of Head of Trading, managing the Derivative
trading team.
Paul first joined Indosuez' Cheuvreux, France, office in 1993 As Vice
President -Derivative Trading managing proprietary options books for the European
markets, along with OTC products pricing and hedging.
